1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Mattresses and bedding accessories may have different return terms; please refer to the product details.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call 623-387-9591 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more than the original, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the replacement item costs less, a refund for the difference will be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Report any damage or defects to customer service within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on the case.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
